Meersburg: One of the most picturesque towns you'll see. Located on the Bodensee which borders Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
We stayed at the Hotel 3 Stuben meaning 3 rooms. There were more than 3, however, and all were beautifully kept.
There is a large castle there first built under the direction of a "Schenk".
I would guess that he had something to do with the design of the place too.There are some steep hills in town so you can expect a good work out when window shopping. Hey, shop and work out at the same time. What a concept!
